ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the nonprofit sector supporting veterans, an experience that strengthened my passion for serving others and making a difference. I was born in Hawaii and am proud to be the first person in my family to earn a college degree.

Giving back continues to be an important part of who we are. Our agency supports the Boys & Girls Club and local food pantry, and we frequently volunteer at a nearby elementary school. We enjoy staying connected and finding meaningful ways to support the community we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Lily Hoa - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish or Mandarin preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
