What You'll Do As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing replacement parts, technical information, pricing, delivery updates, and order support.
Key responsibilities include:

* Manage customer orders from quote through delivery and invoicing
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
* Research part numbers and product information using technical manuals
* Generate pricing quotes and confirm product availability
* Process order entries, returns, warranty claims, and credits
* Provide order status updates and delivery information
* Collaborate with Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Logistics, Sales, Technical Support, and Service teams
* Gather technical information to identify correct replacement parts
* Support team members and provide backup coverage when needed
* Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach while handling customer concerns

Schedule Details
* First 6 months: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* After 6 months: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
* Up to 5 hours of overtime available most weeks
* After 9 months, employees may bid on earlier shifts (7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM) or remain on the 9 AM-6 PM shift
* Work schedules are created 3-4 months in advance
Qualifications Required
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and punctuation
* Strong verbal communication and phone skills
* Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Strong data entry and organizational skills
* Stable work history with solid job tenure
* Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred
* Associate's or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one)
* Call center experience
* Automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial customer service experience
* Technical, IT, or mechanical aptitude
* Parts experience (automotive or industrial)
* Experience with ERP or CRM systems
* Order entry, quoting, and inventory-related experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
