The Opportunity We are assembling an elite Healthcare Advisory Board made up of proven healthcare leaders who want to help build a category-defining company from the ground up. This role is designed for leaders who want real influence, real ownership, and real upside — not ceremonial advisory titles. As FreeHealth.ai scales, select Advisory Board Members may have the opportunity to transition into full-time leadership roles based on alignment, impact, and mutual interest. As a Healthcare Advisory Board Member , you will act as a strategic thought partner to the founding and executive team. This is a non-operational, governance-level role focused on shaping strategy, trust, adoption, and long-term scale. Time commitment: 2–3 hours per week Compensation: Equity-based advisory position Structure: Strategic advisory sessions, board meetings, and targeted working groups Advisory Focus Areas We are recruiting multiple advisors across the following domains. Candidates may specialize in one or contribute across multiple areas: Clinical & Medical Leadership Clinical credibility, patient safety, trust, and ethical AI boundaries Healthcare Systems & Operations SaaS Platform Scaling & User Growth Consumer and enterprise SaaS scale, engagement, and retention Capital Raising & Strategic Finance Fundraising strategy, investor positioning, and partnerships HIPAA, privacy, AI governance, and regulatory readiness ✅ Required Qualifications This opportunity is intentionally selective. 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience with a proven track record Demonstrated success in executive, clinical, board, or enterprise roles Experience scaling healthcare or SaaS platforms preferred Strategic mindset with a builder’s mentality Prior advisory or board experience strongly preferred Equity-based advisory compensation aligned with impact and engagement Equity vests over time and is structured to reward long-term contribution Opportunity to transition into a full-time leadership role as the company scales This role does not include cash compensation at the advisory stage.
