People Partner Director - Cell Culture Media & Bioprocess Commercial North America - Logan

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a People Partner Director to serve as strategic HR lead for the Logan, Utah cell culture media and bioprocess commercial site. This on-site role develops people strategies, manages governance and compliance, and enables leaders across the North America organization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies supporting organizational goals and business performance
- Collaborate on organizational design, workforce planning, succession pipelines, and headcount actions execution
- Ensure effective people governance, risk management, and consistent policy application across the site
- Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and change management
- Leverage people data and analytics to identify trends and improve organizational and talent outcomes
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree and 10+ years progressive HR leadership experience
- Broad HR generalist expertise across employee relations, compliance, talent, and engagement
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders on sensitive matters and enable modern HR practices
- Experience leading local HR projects and change initiatives with measurable improvements
- Proficiency using people data and workforce analytics to identify trends and inform decisions
- Continuous improvement and process orientation with lean principles familiarity
- Sound judgment, confidentiality, and integrity in complex, matrixed environments
Compensation: $160,000-$190,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay eligibility
