Sr Manager, Project Execution - Bioprocessing Hardware

Senior Manager overseeing project execution for bioprocessing equipment and automation at a global life sciences company. Leads a team of Project Managers delivering complex customer projects while driving operational excellence, process standardization, and talent development.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Project Manager team for on-time, on-budget hardware and controls delivery
- Provide day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and escalation across project portfolio
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Logistics
- Monitor project health through KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive standardization of project management tools, processes, and governance practices
Requirements
- 8+ years managing complex, cross-functional customer projects
- 4+ years of people leadership and team management experience
- Bachelor's degree in scientific, engineering, or business field
- Strong project execution, financial acumen, and stakeholder influence skills
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred
- Customer orientation and commercial collaboration experience
- Proven process improvement and operational excellence track record
