Based in Euless, TX, in the heart of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex we strive to provide personalized and effective solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our current practice focuses on family, citizenship and removal defense, but we do handle employment-based cases as well and appreciate that knowledge and experience in a paralegal. Our team values professionalism, integrity, and compassion in every aspect of our work.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site (with option for hybrid) role for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Immigration Paralegal, based in Arlington, TX. The paralegal will assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, submitting visa applications, and managing case files related to immigration law. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, gathering and organizing documentation, conducting research on immigration policies, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation. Collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex legal paperwork are essential to this role.

Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and Immigration Issues, particularly family, waivers and removal work
Proficiency in preparing immigration documents and working with legal processes related to immigration
Strong organizational and research skills
Fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional office setting
Proficiency in using legal software and Docketwise case management system is a plus
