What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional dealership experience.

• Learn customer needs and present vehicles, features, pricing, and available promotions.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.

• Build customer relationships through prospecting, follow-up, and scheduled appointments.

• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the CRM.

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process while maintaining current product knowledge.

What You'll Bring

• 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience

• Comfortable building relationships and following up with customers.

• Confidence learning vehicle features, products, and sales processes.

• Organized approach to customer follow-up, appointments, and CRM activity.

• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
