Overview Generate leads for Jani‑King through daily cold calls, in‑person visits, and networking outreach across the greater Dayton area. Responsibilities Conduct daily cold calls, in‑person visits, and networking outreach to generate new leads while meeting or exceeding activity benchmarks. Introduce Jani‑King's services, ask discovery questions, and determine fit. Plan and execute daily routes across Dayton, Kettering, Beavercreek, and surrounding communities to maximize coverage and appointment conversion. Attend chamber events, business expos, and networking functions to represent Jani‑King and generate leads. Book qualified, high‑value appointments for the sales team and ensure all details are accurately documented in CRM. Develop strong connections with prospects through consistent, value‑driven communication and regular follow‑up. Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and next steps, tracking activity against performance goals. Requirements Prior sales, prospecting, or customer development experience preferred. Proven ability to meet activity‑based goals and performance metrics. Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable style. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
