Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa Bedford, NH is seeking a motivated, energetic Spa Sales Associate to help create an outstanding experience for every guest who walks through our doors. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping people prioritize wellness, and earning additional income through membership sales and guest engagement.

As a Spa Associate You'll:

• Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
• Answer phones and assist with scheduling appointments
• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and facial services
• Recommend memberships, upgrades, gift cards, and wellness services
• Build strong relationships with members and encourage retention
• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules
• Help keep the spa clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience

• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred

• Available to work evenings, weekends, or peak business hours as needed
