This is a high-impact, highly visible role for a seasoned quality leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is energized by building scalable systems that support growth.As our Director of Quality, you’ll work closely with leaders and teams across the organization, shaping the future of our quality programs, mentoring talent, and serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. The Director of Quality will play a critical role in aligning quality initiatives with our long-term strategic goals. If you’re passionate about operational excellence and want to make a lasting impact in a company where people truly matter, this Director of Quality position offers that opportunity. What You’ll DoDevelop and execute a unified quality strategy aligned with long-term growth goalsLead, mentor, and develop quality teams across three diverse business divisionsLead supplier development initiatives, and elevating supplier performance to meet organizational quality, cost, and delivery targets. Driving both internal and external corrective action (CAPA)Utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologiesStrengthen and standardize quality systems, processes, and metricsDrive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven methodologiesPartner collaboratively with operations, engineering, supply chain, and executive leadershipChampion a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and customer-focused excellenceEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsServe as the voice of quality in strategic planning and cross-functional decisions

Requirements:
