Job Details Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Department (ER) / Emergency Room Nursing Location: Conroe, TX 77304 Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: 09/28/2026 Shift: 12-hour day shift, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM Hours per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,460 - $1,540 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend EMR: Meditech Patient Ratio: 1:4 Environment: High-acuity emergency care setting with strong teamwork and a steady patient flow Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Current BLS certification Current ACLS certification Current PALS certification Current TNCC certification Strong compassion and empathy in patient care Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced emergency department Preferred: ENPC certification Responsibilities Provide safe, effective nursing care to emergency department patients across a variety of acuity levels Perform IV starts, blood draws, and support moderate sedation as needed Monitor cardiac status and respond quickly to changes in patient condition Assist with TNK administration and other emergency interventions as directed Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality emergency care Document patient care accurately in the electronic medical record Maintain a calm, compassionate presence while working in a busy clinical environment Apply now to join this travel ER RN opportunity in Conroe, Texas and take the next step in your emergency nursing career.
