ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our State Farm agency is built on a 50-year legacy of serving the Athens community with trusted insurance and financial services. As a lifelong Athens resident and University of Georgia graduate, I take great pride in helping individuals and families protect what matters most. My journey began working in my father's State Farm agency, where I learned firsthand the importance of building strong relationships with customers.

Before opening my own agency in 2012, I spent time in home building and real estate development, focusing on sustainable practices. Now, I'm fortunate to lead a team dedicated to personalized service, community involvement, and making a real impact. Our agency proudly supports the Athens Farmers Market, Rotary Club, and the Athens Area Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Shane Dekle - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
