Shipping Clerk
The Job Center is hiring for a 1st shift shipping clerk for temp to hire job openings on 8 a- 4:30 p M-F in the Roanoke area. Great environment and great company to work for! Compensation of shipping clerk: $20 per hour. 1st shift 8 a- 4:30p Mon-Fri. Unlimited referral bonus for anyone new that comes to apply and works 200 hours. Health, dental, vision insurance.
Responsibilities of shipping clerk:
- Provide high-level administrative support to department leadership.
- Coordinated with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Processed inbound and outbound shipments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepared shipping documents, labels, and bills of landing.
- Maintained accurate inventory records and performed cycle counts.
Requirements of shipping clerk:
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
- Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish and English).
- Must have strong computer and communication skills.
- Must have 2+ years shipping and receiving experience.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Stop into the office located at 6101 Watauga Rd Unit C Watauga TX anytime Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm Closed Noon to 1 pm.
