Job title: Recruiter

Type: Contract

Location: Remote role

Pay: $35-$38 per hour

Job Description:

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for 20–30 active requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring timelines.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track candidate activity and hiring progress within the ATS.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support hiring initiatives and recruiting events as needed.

The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for a variety of positions, including:

• Technicians
• Skilled Labor positions
• Entry-Level Utility Technicians
• Customer Service Representatives
• Billing Coordinators
• Administrative Professionals
• Logistics Personnel
• Transportation Professionals

• Experience managing multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience recruiting for a mix of skilled labor, operational, customer service, and administrative roles.
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate workflows and recruiting activities.
• Experience with Workday is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage competing recruitment demands.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard recruiting tools.

• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to build partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Experience recruiting for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.
• Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices.
