General Ledger Accountant

System One is assisting a Tulsa company with a search for a General Ledger Accountant. The successful candidate will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise and contribute to a collaborative accounting team focused on accuracy, continuous improvement, and timely close. This is a direct hire opportunity with an onsite schedule in the Tulsa-area office. Competitive benefits are offered, along with long-term growth potential. Responsibilities Support the month‑end close process, including preparing journal entries and completing account reconciliations Maintain and review general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and proper documentation Research discrepancies and resolve routine accounting issues in partnership with internal teams Assist with preparing standard financial reports and schedules for internal use Provide support for audits and respond to ad hoc reporting/data requests as needed Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general ledger accounting processes Strong Excel skills and general proficiency with Microsoft Office tools Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving skills Able to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively across departments Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
