Position: Accounting Assistant Fuse 3 Solutions is partnered with a great organization to help them find a strong Accounting Assistant to join their team. Responsibilities Process full-cycle Accounts Payable for three entities, ensuring accuracy and timely payments Prepare and record cash deposits; reconcile related accounts Transfer funds between bank accounts as needed and maintain proper documentation Monitor and record prepaid expenses and monthly accruals Track and coordinate insurance renewals, ensuring timely payments and updated records Assist with month-end close and support general accounting functions Requirements 2+ years of accounting or AP experience Experience handling multiple entities preferred Understanding of prepaids, accruals, and basic general ledger concepts Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Excel and accounting software Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a multi-entity environment Pay for the Accounting Assistant starts at $50k/year and goes up based on experience.
