Marketing Manager

We’re Hiring: Marketing Manager (Must be Florida based)Twin Vee PowerCats & Bahama BoatsWe are looking for a creative, highly organized and hands-on marketing professional to help build and shape two outstanding American boat brands: Twin Vee PowerCats and Bahama Boats.We need someone who can take ownership of the brands, create strong marketing campaigns and personally make sure the work gets completed.Key responsibilities will include:• Managing and regularly updating our company websites• Developing content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms• Creating and maintaining a consistent social-media calendar• Producing and coordinating photography, video and customer testimonials• Developing email campaigns, newsletters and dealer communications• Planning customer events, dealer events, sea trials, boat shows and product launches• Supporting dealers with marketing materials, promotions and lead-generation programs• Coordinating new-model announcements and product campaigns• Monitoring customer leads and helping ensure proper dealer follow-up• Managing brand messaging and maintaining a consistent visual identity• Measuring campaign performance, customer engagement, leads and retail resultsThe ideal candidate is creative but also execution-focused. You should be comfortable developing an idea, creating a plan, managing the details and following the project through completion.We are looking for someone who:• Takes ownership and works independently• Is highly organized and responsive• Understands social media and digital marketing• Has strong writing and communication skills• Can manage multiple projects and deadlines• Is comfortable working directly with company leadership and dealers• Can coordinate vendors, photographers, designers and event personnel• Understands that marketing should generate qualified leads and measurable salesMarine-industry, automotive, recreational-product or luxury-brand experience is helpful, but it is not required.
