Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member.

Schedule appointments and manage calendars for the representative.

Assist with client inquiries and provide basic information about services.

Process and organize client paperwork and records accurately.

Maintain office cleanliness and organization.

Support the representative with various administrative tasks as needed.

Customer service experience is a plus.

Basic computer proficiency, including email and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
