$17.00 - $25.00/hr Full time Shifts may vary Position Summary As a team member in the food production area, you will maintain product knowledge, support cross‑functional teams, prepare prepared food items, leverage digital tools, drive merchandise performance, and serve members. What you’ll do Be a Team Member : Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross‑functional teams and help educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with the team; and be flexible to the needs of the business, working in other areas as required. Be an Expert : Prepare food according to item specifications; understand and plan future productions and mass productions; prepare for seasonality; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain and sanitize equipment; and demonstrate an understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie : Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience and elevate associate engagement; use handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pick up orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner : Drive the performance of the area; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date‑control standards; eliminate waste; provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying members’ needs; assist members with purchasing decisions; handle payment types; locate merchandise; and resolve member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador : Act as a brand advocate; develop, influence and inspire others to work in a respectful, supportive and team‑oriented style; understand roadblocks and assist in training. Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; use the Open Door Policy; and apply these in executing business processes and practices. Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines and expectations; carry out tasks; communicate progress and information; recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapt to and learn from change, difficulties and feedback. Minimum Qualifications Successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period. Be 18 years of age or older.
