*About the Role*

We’re a growing family law firm seeking a skilled Attorney who can balance professionalism with a positive, people-first attitude. If you enjoy litigation, guiding clients with empathy, and taking ownership of cases from start to finish, we’d love to meet you.

*What You’ll Do*

* Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and protective orders.
* Craft strategic case plans using your legal knowledge, creativity, and judgment to deliver excellent results.
* Draft, review, and argue motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
* Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and trials.
* Provide clear, compassionate counsel to clients navigating difficult transitions.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with our paralegals and attorneys to provide seamless client support.
* Manage deadlines and case progress with precision.
* Be prepared and efficient—honoring the time of clients, courts, and colleagues by staying organized and responsive.

*What We’re Looking For*

* Licensed attorney in Utah (required).
* 2+ years of family law experience strongly preferred.
* Courtroom confidence and the strategic mindset to build persuasive, well-prepared cases.
* Someone who is curious and committed to continuous learning—willing to ask questions, improve processes, and lead with knowledge.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-first culture and takes pride in making others look good.
* A team player with a sense of humor - because law is serious, but we don’t have to be 24/7.
