We are hiring an Insurance Account Representative who wants to grow a sales practice among the people they live near — neighbors, local business owners, and families whose lives we are part of every day. This is local sales with real relationships at the center. Candidates who are fluent or proficient in Spanish and English are encouraged to apply. Base salary varies based on experience and licensing. Commissions are uncapped, and high performers regularly exceed this range. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
