Installation Foreman - Traveling

Overview Installation Foreman – Lead Nationwide Mobile Crews for Precision Metal Installations Responsibilities Lead and mentor a specialized crew of 4 in the fabrication and installation of complex metal assemblies and custom kennel projects. Manage nationwide installation projects ranging from short-term sites to multi-week regional builds. Oversee on-site safety and quality control to ensure every installation meets our standard for durability. Coordinate logistics and material handling while traveling to ensure continuous project execution. Execute hands-on fabrication and assembly of miscellaneous metals, including railings, shade structures, and custom kennels. Communicate daily progress and site obstacles to the Project Management team to maintain timelines. Operate company-provided vehicles safely across various states and maintain equipment care. Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in metal installation, construction, or a related field. Proven experience leading field crews and managing on-site logistics. Willingness to travel nationwide for durations ranging from a few days to 3 weeks at a time. Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical installation guides. Clean driving record and the ability to operate company trucks and trailers. Preferred Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Active Welding Certifications. Experience with stainless steel fabrication or specialized kennel systems. High School Diploma or GED. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate with Performance Bonus potential.
