Front Desk Representative

Job Summary We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Representative to provide a welcoming experience for visitors while supporting daily front desk operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and delivering excellent service in a collaborative workplace. Responsibilities Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional assistance. Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Coordinate visitor check-in and daily front desk activities. Receive and distribute incoming mail and deliveries. Assist with general administrative support duties. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front desk operations. Follow company procedures and workplace standards. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, adaptable, and professional.
