You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and building the foundations of a long‑term sales career. This role is a launchpad, with clear progression into Account Executive positions typically within 12‑18 months. Responsibilities Will Include: Outreach - Proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound B2B prospecting by phone, email, and LinkedIn. Research - Conduct thorough background research on target accounts to personalise your outreach and improve conversion rates. Engage Decision‑Makers - Identify and qualify key contacts, uncover business needs and book qualified meetings for senior sales. Hit Your Numbers - Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and appointment targets. Become an Expert - Stay sharp on new products, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to remain credible with your clients.
