What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality patient care in the emergency room setting, utilizing the nursing process
Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Delegate tasks and manage nursing resources efficiently
Document patient information accurately in electronic health records
Promote patient safety, privacy, and comfort at all times
Adapt care approaches based on patient needs and population served

What You Need:

Active Louisiana RN license
2+ years of ER nursing experience
BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and working in a fast-paced environment

About the Assignment:

This assignment involves providing critical emergency care in a busy hospital ER setting. You will work in a patient care area responsible for rapid assessment, stabilization, and treatment of acute conditions. Your expertise will support positive patient outcomes and uphold the standards of a leading healthcare provider in Louisiana.
