Overview
Occupational Therapist – Acute Care travel assignment in Clancy, MT. Start date 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $1,892–$1,907 per week with 36 guaranteed hours. Shift: Monday–Friday. Setting: long-term care (LTC) – Nursing Home. This assignment is a travel - temporary position through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents in a long-term care/acute care milieu
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to enhance independence in activities of daily living and mobility
- Deliver therapeutic interventions (individual and, when appropriate, group sessions) tailored to geriatrics and chronic conditions
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care planning, discharge planning, and transitions of care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies

Requirements
- Current occupational therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Montana
- Ability to practice in a long-term care setting and work with geriatric populations
- Strong documentation and communication skills; able to collaborate with diverse teams
- Willingness to work a Monday–Friday schedule with guaranteed hours
- Eligible to work in the United States
