Security Specialist

Job Description

Provides site-level leadership and operational oversight for physical security activities at an assigned location. The Security Supervisor ensures consistent execution of security protocols, proactively mitigates localized risk, and serves as the primary on-site authority for security-related matters.

Skills and Requirements

Knowledge of physical security operations, access control systems, surveillance technology, and incident response protocols.

Ability to assess risk, make timely decisions, and apply sound judgment in dynamic environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of reports and interaction with diverse stakeholders.

Demonstrated supervisory capability, including performance oversight and issue resolution.

Ability to work independently within defined policies and escalate appropriately.
