As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to deliver high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. About the Role: As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work closely with our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing ABA therapy services in one-on-one and group settings Collecting and recording data to monitor progress and inform treatment decisions Maintaining a safe, organized, and therapeutic environment Collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination Participating in ongoing training, supervision, and mentorship to enhance clinical skills and knowledge Ideal Candidate: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) preferred but not required Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Passion for providing high-quality care and support to children and families Work Environment: As a Behavior Technician (BT) with Imagination ABA Therapy, you will enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment that emphasizes clinical integrity, staff support, and growth.
