Commercial Paralegal: Contracts, Compliance & Ops (SaaS)

Topsort

Topsort is hiring a Paralegal to help run legal operations as we scale internationally. You will support commercial contracting, compliance, and corporate matters, improving workflows and handling routine requests under approved guidelines.

You’ll work with our attorney to review contracts, manage records, templates, and playbooks, and leverage tools and AI to increase efficiency while safeguarding confidential information.
