Venture Capital Associate

Focused on expanding a network of investors who directly back private companies, the full-time remote Venture Capital Associate will manage investor relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure ongoing engagement with investors. Key responsibilities Manage and maintain investor relationships, ensuring they are current and qualified Grow the network by establishing new relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and angel investors monthly Match investors with relevant opportunities based on their specific investment criteria Required qualifications Proven experience building personal investor relationships through direct outreach or networking Demonstrated ability to guide an investor from initial conversation to direct investment in a private round Strong understanding of investor preferences, including stage, check size, and sector focus Commitment to discretion regarding investor identities and information Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enhancing work quality
