Social Media Manager

Owning the end-to-end organic social strategy, the full-time Senior Social Media Manager will drive platform presence and performance measurement across various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Define and manage the organic social strategy across multiple platforms, establishing KPIs and performance frameworks Lead the development of social content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and maintaining community management standards Oversee social performance measurement and optimization, delivering insights and recommendations to marketing leadership Required qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 8+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing with senior-level ownership of organic social Proven track record of driving audience growth and engagement at an enterprise level Advanced analytical skills for translating social performance data into strategic insights Extensive experience in developing social strategy across multiple platforms and audience segments
