About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support our growing organization. This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, compliance-driven, and comfortable working with vendors such as insurance providers, 401(k) administrators, and ADP payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation)

Benefits Administration

• Administer health, dental, and vision insurance programs
• Support 401(k) enrollment and vendor coordination
• Assist with annual open enrollment
• Respond to employee benefit inquiries
• Support benefit plan comparison during renewal periods

Payroll & HR Systems

• Support payroll processing using ADP
• Track PTO, sick leave, and attendance records
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy
• Participate in ADP system training and updates

Compliance & Employee Support

• Ensure compliance with federal and Arizona labor regulations
• Assist with updating company policies and employee handbook
• Support employee relations matters as needed
• Coordinate onboarding documentation (I-9, W-4, A-4, etc.)
• Facilitate new hire orientation and employee setup
• Maintain accurate employee records

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred)
• Basic knowledge of U.S. labor law (FLSA)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR documentation

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus
