This role is the connective tissue across our team-keeping projects moving, stakeholders aligned, and initiatives on track so our marketing leadership can focus on strategy, growth, and coaching the team.You'll sit at the center of a lean, high-performing marketing team during a period of real growth. You'll see how every channel and function connects, work directly alongside senior marketing leadership, and have genuine opportunity to take on broader operational ownership as the department scales.This is a growth role. If you love organization, thrive in fast-paced environments, and take pride in flawless execution, this is your moment.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Operations & Project CoordinationOwn the marketing department's project management rhythm-tracking key initiatives, milestones, and deliverables across lifecycle, community, performance, and content teamsRun cross-functional check-ins to surface blockers, dependencies, and gaps before they become problemsSupport budget documentation and routing, ensuring accuracy and timely processingServe as a direct support resource to the Performance Marketing Manager as well as Retention & Lifecycle Manager, Community Manager, etc. helping to manage workload, maintaining momentum and keep execution on trackDirect Mail ExecutionOwn the end-to-end operational workflow for direct mail campaigns-from creative handoff coordination through customer file preparation to printer deliveryPartner with Marketing Analyst, creative and external vendors to ensure every piece lands on time and on briefMaintain and improve direct mail production timelines, checklists, and vendor relationshipsDepartmental Planning SupportHelp maintain our go-to-market planning calendar and ensure key milestones are documented and visible across the teamAssist in the preparation of briefs, recaps, and planning materialsIdentify process gaps and propose solutions as the department growsExperience / Requirements2+ years of experience in marketing, operations, project management, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with an instinct for keeping things movingComfortable working cross-functionally and communicating up and across the organizationCurious about how marketing works holistically-not just one channel or functionProactive by nature-spots problems before being asked and brings solutionsExperience with or interest in direct mail, CRM tools, or marketing platforms is a plusAmbition to grow-this role is designed to expand with youHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to juggle multiple deadlines without missing a beatCompany Benefits401k with company matchCompetitive Medical, Dental, Vision and Life/ADD InsuranceFlexible and generous Paid Time Off policyMerchandise DiscountCompany BonusPet Friendly Work EnvironmentOnsite Gym (coming Summer 2026)Onsite EV Charging StationsBoston Proper ValuesOur team loves to work hard and have fun.
