Oversee and nurture your own book of business while providing high-level consultations to our most established clients.

Lead by example in the office by maintaining an active, consistent presence and fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

Identify gaps in coverage and proactively provide solutions that secure our clients' financial futures.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to negotiate competitive rates and tailored insurance programs.

Maintain rigorous standards of compliance and ethics in every transaction.

Act as a local ambassador for The Atlantic District, participating in community events and professional networking groups in Annapolis.

Valid state-issued Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.

Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or agency leadership.

Deep understanding of policy underwriting and risk management.

Strong track record of building and maintaining long-term client portfolios.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and an ability to mentor junior team members.

Proficiency in modern agency management software and digital documentation workflows.
