Automotive Title Clerk

NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK $22–$26 Per Hour DOE | Full-Time EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK WANTED Sands Chevrolet is looking for an experienced Automotive Title Clerk to join our dealership team. We are seeking someone who understands dealership title processing, vehicle registrations, lien releases, retail paperwork, and state title requirements and can keep transactions accurate and moving efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES Process vehicle titles, registrations, transfers, and related paperwork Process lien releases and title corrections Review deals and verify title documentation for accuracy Work closely with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and Management Maintain accurate vehicle and title records Track outstanding titles and registration paperwork Submit and follow up on title and registration transactions Communicate with customers regarding title and registration status Ensure paperwork meets state and dealership requirements Enter and maintain information in CDK Assist with other dealership accounting and administrative duties as needed REQUIREMENTS Strong understanding of automotive title and registration processes CDK experience strongly preferred Knowledge of dealership sales and finance paperwork Experience with lien releases, title transfers, and out-of-state transactions Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a dealership team COMPENSATION $22–$26 PER HOUR DOE Pay based on automotive title experience, dealership experience, and qualifications.
