We’re Hiring In-Home Roofing Sales Representatives

Crew Contracting is hiring sharp, competitive, coachable people to join our in-home roofing sales team.

This is not a cold-calling or door-knocking role. We provide the appointments and the sales training. Your job is to show up prepared, inspect the roof, run a proven sales system, and close the deal.

We are building a high-performing, high-standard sales team — order takers need not apply.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run company-provided in-home roofing appointments, mostly in the West Valley
• Meet with homeowners to identify roof issues and customer needs
• Present roofing options clearly and professionally
• Walk customers through pricing, financing, and project details
• Follow a proven sales process and participate in daily training

Who We’re Looking For

Roofing experience is not required. Sales experience is a plus, but we will train the right person if you are competitive, coachable, comfortable being held to a high standard, and serious about becoming a top performer. 

Strong candidates may come from:

• In-home sales
• Solar sales
• Windows, HVAC, pest control, or other home services
• Automotive sales
• College athletics
• Military background
• Other competitive, performance-based environments
