Responsibilities:

 

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing or leasing new and pre-owned vehicles
• Build relationships by understanding each customer's needs and providing outstanding service
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives
• Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on new models and technology
• Help create an exceptional buying experience that leads to repeat and referral business
   

 

Qualifications:

 

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, banking, marketing, real estate, or other customer-facing experience is welcomed
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and succeed
• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
