Continuous Improvement Manager

Seeking a full-time Lean Six Sigma Project Manager to lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives remotely, focusing on delivering measurable business outcomes and advancing operational excellence through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities Apply continuous improvement methodologies to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer outcomes Identify and design new processes leveraging automation and digital solutions to support scalability Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required; Black Belt preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement initiatives Demonstrated success in delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
