As a Productivity Manager, you’ll be part of our team located in Jackson TN. You’ll get to: Champion initiatives that incorporate Lean/Sigma tools (e.g., 5S, Six-Sigma, OEE) to reduce waste and optimize operationsIdentify opportunities by analyzing current processes, conducting gap analyses, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costsDevelop, implement, and maintain a Lean-based program to enhance performance and foster an environment focused on customer value, quality, productivity, and safety.Evaluate and analyze the use of space and facilities, managing automated systems and collecting data for improvement initiativesImplement standard work programs, plan and coordinate Kaizen eventsThe Person You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
