We are seeking a highly experienced, polished, and dependable Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join a fast-paced, high-volume dental practice. 

The position requires fluency in both Spanish and English.  This is a mandatory requirement for consideration.

This is not an entry-level position. Candidates must have hands-on dental front-office experience, strong Dentrix proficiency, knowledge of dental insurance and billing, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service and an outstanding patient experience.

● Able to simultaneously manage patients, telephone calls, scheduling, and administrative responsibilities without allowing customer service to deteriorate.

● Understands that every telephone call, check-in, check-out, and patient interaction contributes to the overall patient experience.

● Recognizes the importance of patient satisfaction, retention, referrals, and the reputation of the practice.

● Demonstrates genuine hospitality rather than simply completing front-desk transactions.
