Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, product ownership, ServiceNow implementations, process documentation, agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Strong ServiceNow BA or Product Owner experience.
• Experience gathering requirements for ServiceNow SIR, SecOps, ITSM, or security operations processes.
• Strong understanding of agile user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and sprint-based delivery.
• Ability to convert business needs into clear configuration-ready requirements.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience documenting process flows, operating procedures, user guides, and KT materials.
• Understanding of security incident response concepts and operational handoffs.
• Strong attention to evidence, traceability, and SDLC compliance.

Education Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
