This firm is recognized for its commitment to diversity, collaborative culture, long-term attorney development, and financial stability.The Commercial Litigation Attorney will work on complex matters involving business disputes, regulatory litigation, intellectual property disputes, trademark litigation, and sophisticated employment litigation matters, including wage and hour, PAGA, and class action disputes.
