Area Supervisor - Palos Verdes

About the Position Part‑time Area Supervisor of School Crossing Guards – ACMS, Palos Verdes, Rancho Palos Verdes & Lomita. In this field‑based role the supervisor will oversee and manage local school crossing guard programs, working on school days and ensuring safe pedestrian crossings. Responsibilities Work with crossing guards at their field assignments both before and after school. Respond quickly to job sites and provide on‑the‑ground leadership. Plan and coordinate crossing guard activities in accordance with the school calendar. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Qualifications Self‑motivated and dependable. Personable, friendly and passionate leader. Good oral and written communication skills. Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Ability to lift/transport items or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds. Minimum age of eighteen (18) years. Must be available for field assignments before and after school. 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred. Basic computer skills required. Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $22.00 – $23.00, depending on experience. 5 hours per day on school days only. Benefits: cell phone, tablet and mileage reimbursement. Position eligible for yearly bonus. Seasonal and part‑time role following the school calendar – no work during summer, breaks, holidays or teacher workdays.
