Job Title Strategic Account Manager – Pacific West Location Los Angeles, CA (remote/field) Overview The Strategic Account Management organization is a forward‑thinking sales team serving Sanofi’s largest and most complex customers, including Health Systems, IHNs, Medical Groups, PBGs, FQHCs and state Awardees. Responsibilities Lead assigned strategic accounts, providing overall account leadership to cross‑functional team members. Create and execute a strategic account plan to drive value co‑creation and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with external stakeholders and align internal resources. Develop deep understanding of customers’ business models, strategic goals and industry dynamics. Identify high‑value opportunities and work with customers to develop growth strategies. Facilitate business coaching and strategy sessions with account teams. Act as the focal point for account planning, strategy, collaboration, resource allocation and customer engagement. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of field sales or account management experience. Broad understanding of health system business and decision‑making processes. Proven ability to access C‑suite to D‑suite decision makers. Capability to translate market knowledge into strategic plans. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills. Self‑directed, organized with excellent execution and planning skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Valid driver’s license and eligibility for insurance coverage. Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degree. Strong data analytics experience. Experience in Market Access, Pricing, Contracting or Finance. Proficient with MS Office and customer management databases. Experience leading teams with impact and influence with key internal stakeholders. Travel Ability to travel up to 75% of the time to customers, conventions, training and internal meetings. Benefits Competitive salary range $146,250.00 – $243,750.00.
