We work together to empower our teams to hire thoughtful and passionate innovators, help people do their best work, grow their careers and build healthy and productive workspaces in a safe, and cohesive community.We're looking for a Senior Recruiter to join the Snap Technical Recruiting team.What you'll do:Help us find top hardware and software engineers who will play a key role in building and shaping key features that millions of Snapchatters use every dayProvide full life cycle, high volume recruiting support for our Hardware and Software Engineering teamsAct as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partnersSource, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talentProtect and improve Snap Inc.'s candidate experienceUse hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutionsHelp fill the highest priority hiring needs for the companyKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:Experience working in both small and large tech companiesExperience recruiting for an array of hardware and software engineering roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positionsExperience networking with sourcing, and hiring diverse talentSomeone who loves solving challenging problems and building programs for scalePassion for building effective and high-performing teamsSomeone who is customer-focused and can provide a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managersSomeone with an analytical mindset who understands the importance of tracking metricsSomeone who is organized, works with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize various top prioritiesMinimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience5+ years of relevant tech recruiting experienceIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don't be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$196,000 annually.Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $124,000-$186,000 annually.Zone C: The base salary range for this position is $111,000-$167,000 annually. This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
