Ejecutivo(a) de Cobros – Préstamos de Autos Descripción General Importante empresa del sector financiero se encuentra en la búsqueda de un(a) Ejecutivo(a) de Cobros para el área de préstamos de autos. La persona será responsable de gestionar cuentas delincentes, brindar seguimiento a clientes y asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos de cobro, manteniendo altos estándares de servicio y orientación a resultados. Buscamos una persona organizada, dinámica, multitasking y con excelentes destrezas de comunicación tanto en inglés como en español. Responsabilidades Gestionar cuentas de préstamos de autos y realizar seguimiento de cobro. Contactar clientes mediante llamadas, correos electrónicos y otras plataformas de comunicación. Negociar acuerdos de pago y dar seguimiento a compromisos establecidos. Ofrecer un servicio al cliente profesional y orientado a soluciones. Documentar todas las gestiones realizadas en el sistema correspondiente. Manejar múltiples cuentas y tareas simultáneamente. Utilizar Microsoft Office y Outlook diariamente para reportes y seguimiento. Trabajar en colaboración con otros departamentos para resolver situaciones relacionadas a las cuentas asignadas
