Administrative Support Specialist

Candidate Support Administrator – Contract Opportunity

Location: Tempe, AZ (On-Site)

Duration: 6-Month Contract (July 2026 – January 2027)

Pay: $16-$18/hour

Are you passionate about helping people and delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking Candidate Support Administrators to join a high-volume call center team supporting the hiring process for a leading global organization.

In this role, you'll serve as a key point of contact for job candidates, helping them navigate the hiring process, resolve issues, and successfully reach their first day of employment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with customer service, call center, administrative, or recruiting support experience.

Ideal Candidate:

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and text communications

✔ Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities

✔ Ability to multitask and manage a high-volume workload

✔ Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Additional Consideration for Candidates With:

• Previous call center or customer support experience

• Recruiting, HR, or candidate support experience

• Administrative or scheduling experience

• Experience handling escalations and resolving customer concerns

• Strong written communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to candidates through phone, email, chat, and SMS communications

• Resolve issues that may prevent candidates from progressing through the hiring process

• Conduct virtual pre-hire appointments and candidate support activities

• Manage inbound and outbound candidate communications

• Handle escalations and provide timely issue resolution

• Maintain accurate documentation and complete administrative tasks as needed

• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the candidate experience

• Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish while meeting service expectations
