Headquartered in Boston, Veolia has more than 10,000 employees working at more than 350 locations across North America.Job DescriptionPosition Purpose: Develop, implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control, Cost control and Planning.Primary Duties/Responsibilities: Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.Produce cost and progress s-curves.Liaising with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.Draft letters, memo and reports in relation with Project control issues (Documentation, Cost, Planning).Assist Contract manager and Procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.Work Environment:This is a full-time, onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.QualificationsEducation/Experience/Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical.Experience in Water/Wastewater Design & Build projects.Minimum 5 years of experience in managing large, complex, construction projects Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong listening abilities and reporting skills.Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control, Planning, etc..)Computer skills (MS Project, AoDOCs or Procore, etc..)Additional InformationPay Range: $125000 to $150000 per year.Benefits: Veolia’s comprehensive benefits package includes paid time off policies, as well as health, dental, vision, life insurance, savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteering and more.
