Senior GYN Sales Specialist - San Francisco Bay Area

Medtronic seeks a Senior GYN Sales Specialist for the San Francisco Bay Area to drive clinical excellence and above-market growth in gynecological surgical solutions. The role combines remote work with regional territory management, requiring strategic account planning and procedural adoption acceleration across multiple healthcare accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account plans and build clinical expertise with TruClear gynecological portfolio
- Drive procedural adoption through expanded indications, competitive conversions, and market development programs
- Achieve and exceed disposable and capital quotas with effective forecasting and opportunity management
- Lead training, simulation labs, and therapy awareness initiatives to accelerate procedural adoption
- Identify market share shifts, respond to competitive tactics, and implement business protection strategies
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 8+ years, or associate degree plus 6+ years, or bachelor's degree plus 4+ years medical device/healthcare sales experience
- Valid driver's license and residency within 30 miles of San Francisco, Oakland, Marin, or surrounding territory
- Proven track record in medical device or clinical sales with customer relationship management experience
- Strong communication skills for complex product information in clinical environments
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), forecasting software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization required at time of hire
