Base Salary is $30,000, and top earners add $20,000 + Bonuses, bringing annual earnings to around $60,000.

Responsibilities

Connect with local families and educators to identify their unique insurance needs and coverage gaps.

Develop personalized insurance recommendations that provide genuine protection and peace of mind.

Reach out to prospective clients through community networking and local engagement efforts.

Process applications, handle policy inquiries, and update coverage details with precision.

Participate in local community events to represent the agency and build lasting connections.

Collaborate with the agency owner to track progress toward individual and office-wide goals.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty insurance license for the state of Georgia.

Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Clear and effective verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage daily tasks independently.

Comfort with basic computer applications and digital documentation.
